It’s been awhile… three years! I am now living in an amazing community, Whanganui, New Zealand, with my beautiful partner, Jared, and our pup, Woodsy Beans. We have an amazing organic garden that is abundant and beautiful and right now…. we’re harvesting these strange little sweet winter nourishing nuggets – NZ Yams (known as Oca in other parts of the world).
